To the families of those who have died due to gambling problems

Message

I lost my oldest son, who was a gambler, to suicide.

I had never experienced such a sense of loss, such anger that I had passed away before my parents, such remorse, and such deep sadness.

I am blessed with the warmth of many people, and I am living happily, but I believe that suicide survivors are spending their days in anger and grief.

If you are a family member who committed suicide due to gambling addiction, share with us your sadness and the proof that the person involved lived.

If you know any suicide survivors around you, please introduce them to this group. I am sure we can help you.

Through this meeting, we hope to inform many people that gambling addiction is a deadly disease, but one that can be recovered from, and to eradicate those who commit suicide due to gambling addiction.

  • Do you have a family member who has suffered the painful and sad loss of a gambler who committed suicide? If you have not been able to talk to your friends or family and do not know what to do, there are others who are going through the same thing. We invite you to come and listen to what they have to say. The purpose of this meeting is to support each other.
  • At first, just listen to people in the same situation. If you feel like talking about your feelings, do so.
  • What you say and hear here will be kept strictly confidential. Please feel free to participate.
  • This is a place for all listening and all saying, so there will be no criticism or condemnation.
  • We are not a religious movement.
