Summary
The Association received a grant from Japan Post’s New Year’s Eve donation in FY 2018 to produce “Kakeru to Kyoko” (kakenai.jp), a portal site to support recovery from gambling addiction.
We are concerned that in recent years, more and more people have started casually gambling online after the Corona Disaster and have developed problems.
Therefore, we have created a new page for “parties suffering from gambling problems” to support their recovery.

Contents
*Gambling Addiction Movies (1) to (4)
*“LOST”, a self-check for gambling addiction
*Listen to the stories of those who have recovered! 20 Stories
*Survey of people who have quit gambling “Everyone’s self-help group situation.”
*Introduction to the Party Support Community

LOST,” a gambling addiction self-check developed by Noriko Tanaka, President of the Association, as a co-researcher, was explained in an easy-to-understand video and illustrations.
Certain behaviors specific to gambling addiction, which tend to be serious, are depicted with humor.
If two or more are checked, “High risk of gambling addiction” is indicated.

[2] Composed of the recovery experiences of members of the Association’s Party Support Department.
Our Party Support Department is a group of recovering gamblers.
We thought that by posting firsthand accounts of how the members suffered and how they were connected to support, people who are going to be connected with us can relate to them by applying the stories to themselves.
In addition, a survey of members reaffirmed that the key to continued recovery is to attend self-help groups and other groups where they can talk with others who have experienced the same thing. We included the message, “Don’t keep your problems to yourself.”
Through this page, we hope that as many people as possible who are struggling with a gambling problem will be connected to a recovery support center.
